Cedar Shake Conversion

Cedar shake conversions can be very big jobs, as removing the disposing the old material is much greater than an average roof.

• Tarp around all of home on the ground to catch any nails or debris.
• Remove and clean all existing roofing to open up the roof.
• Load all debri into a bin or dump trailer
• Load and install ⅜ Plywood on the entire home to have a brand new substrate.
• Install of new Asphalt shingle roof (please refer to previous page of what material, and scope of work will be installed) 
• Final walk around of the entire job, picking up all nails with magnets, rakes, and brooms for remaining debri if any. 
• Brand new roof is built with the highest standards and will last 30+ years
